Ancient Spirit Purge

This is a NCU clearing device that was introduced in patch 17.3 with the Albtraum play field and is made with components common to the area. Each instance of this purge made has 5 charges. The Ql of the final product can be controlled for to a certain degree by the amount of Pharmatech skill the user has in the final step, so you need to decide what QL you want (250-300) and the amount of skill needed to make the purge at that ql is 5.5 times the ql.
